Raw Wildflower Honey – Unfiltered

Wildflower honey, also known as polyfloral honey, is derived from the nectar of numerous species of flowers or blossoms collected by honeybees. The taste, aroma, flavor, and color will vary from season to season, depending on which flowers and/or blossoms are dominant when the nectar is collected.

Summer Wildflower Honey is a multi-floral (or poly-floral) honey produced by honeybees that collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers and/or blossoms that bloom during the summer months.

Autumn Wildflower Honey is a multi-floral (or poly-floral) honey produced by honeybees that collect nectar from a wide variety of flowers and/or blossoms that bloom during autumn months.

Mohawk Valley Trading Company’s raw wildflower honey is as it exists in the beehive: extracted from honeycomb, strained, and packed in glass jars.

This retains natural enzymes, yeast, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, bee pollen, aromatics, and propolis.

It is derived from the nectar of wildflowers and/or blossoms in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 4a to 7b in New York and Vermont.

No pesticides or herbicides are used in the areas where we set up our bee yards, and although it isn’t labeled or certified organic, Mohawk Valley Trading Company’s raw wildflower honey is as organic as any produced in the USA.
