Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at 315-519-2640 or email us at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue.

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS are available for food items, except for damage during shipment.

If your package is damaged, please provide the following:

If you can, for the photo documentation process to file a claim, as many of the seven different photos as possible will be requested:

  • A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging material used
  • A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)
  • A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
  • Photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
  • Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width, will also be needed.

We ship products to U.S. residents in the continental United States. Shipping is via UPS, and rates are provided in real-time during checkout
